This Privacy Policy applies to mobile applications published by KangJung on Google Play and other app stores, including but not limited to ZigZag RABBIT, Planet Game, 1010!, D-Day Lite, Why Am I Paying?, Emotion Calendar, and Before Forget (each referred to as the "Application").
KangJung provides the Application as an "AS IS" service. This policy explains what data is handled by the Application, how that data is used, and how you can contact KangJung with privacy questions.
KangJung does not require you to create an account and does not operate a separate server that collects your personal information from the Application.
Some Applications allow you to enter or create data for the app's core features, such as events, schedules, reminders, subscription records, spending amounts, emotion records, memos, diary text, custom images, app settings, scores, or backup files. This data is stored locally on your device unless you choose to export, share, back up, or restore it using features provided by your device or by the Application.
If you uninstall the Application, locally stored app data may be deleted according to your device operating system's behavior. If you manually exported a backup file, that file remains wherever you saved or shared it.
Depending on the Application and the features you choose to use, the Application may request access to device features such as notifications, photos or files for custom images and backups, or storage access for import and export. These permissions are used only to provide the feature you select.
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your device unless a specific app feature clearly requests it and you grant the relevant permission.
Some Applications may use third-party services or SDKs, such as Google Play services, Google Play billing, Google Mobile Ads / AdMob, Google AdSense on web builds, or platform services provided by the app store. These services may process data such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, app interactions, diagnostics, crash information, purchase information, or approximate location according to their own policies and the permissions granted on your device.
KangJung does not sell personal or sensitive user data. Any data handled by third-party services is subject to the privacy policies of those providers, including:
Data stored in the Application is used to provide the features you use, such as displaying your records, calculating dates or statistics, showing reminders, saving settings, restoring backups, processing purchases, showing ads where applicable, improving stability, and maintaining app functionality.
KangJung does not share your locally stored app data with KangJung's own server. Information may be shared only in the following limited cases:
Locally stored data remains on your device until you delete it inside the Application, clear the Application's data, uninstall the Application, or remove exported backup files yourself. Because KangJung does not operate user accounts for the Application, there is no separate account deletion process.
If you contact KangJung by email, your email address and message may be retained as long as needed to respond to your request, maintain records of support communication, or comply with legal obligations.
KangJung takes reasonable care to protect information handled by the Application. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your device, device account, and exported backup files secure.
The Application is not intended to knowingly solicit personal information from children under the age required by applicable law. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the Application, please contact KangJung so appropriate action can be taken.
The Application may be used in different countries. By using the Application, you understand that locally stored data remains on your device and that third-party services may process data in accordance with their own international data processing practices.
KangJung may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
